Shipping/Returns/Payments

SHIPPING

We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Finland, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Domestic Delivery Takes Approximately 3-6 Business Days Once Marked As Shipped.

United States Postal Service (USPS) is our only shipping courier. Once a package has left our facility we cannot be held responsible for delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays in which USPS does not do business.

When you place an order, your estimate shipping and delivery dates are automated by USPS based on your location and the shipping option. Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based which is provided at the end of check out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Delivery Takes Approximately 7-20 Business Days (excludes customs) Once Marked As Shipped.

All international shipments are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or International Priority. Priority Mail includes tracking, package insurance up to $200, and a prompt delivery. First Class International Mail may take up to 7-10 business days longer to deliver and is tracked, but not insured. All international customers are responsible for customs duties, fees, and/or taxes.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We cannot accept returns for International Orders. All purchases of clearance items, sheet masks, and disposable products (cotton sheets, makeup wipes, eyelashes, etc.) are final sale.

You may return a new or gently used product purchased from our store within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. We only accept exchanges for a different shade of the same product, such as makeup, however you are required to pay the return shipping. Keep all original packaging of products for potential returns. E-mail us with your order number or log in to your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed with your return. Provide your order number and reason(s) for return for the item(s) if it is opened/used.

Unless the return is a result of our own mistake (ie. incorrect product was received), we do not cover return shipping costs, nor initial shipping costs. A shipping label may be e-mailed to you, and the shipping fee deducted from your refund or credit. Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded or credited. All returned items with a broken seal or that appear to be used will be destroyed.

You can expect to receive your refund within 14 business days of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (4 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).
