Where are you based?  We process and ship from Hawaii, US.

Do you have a local storefront? Can I pick up my order?  At the time we are entirely online only and apologize that we cannot accept local order pick ups.

How long does shipping take?  Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday-Saturday, except for some major holidays. For more details please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Are your products authentic? Always. The products we carry are guaranteed authentic and have reasonable expiration dates. We import all of our beauty products directly from Korea or Japan from worldwide wholesalers, and it takes about 4-6 weeks to get shipments in.

Can I cancel or make a change to my order?  Order cancellations and changes are possible, however due to the promptness of our shipping, we must receive an e-mail before your order status is changed to "Shipped." Otherwise, your original order will be shipped out with no changes made.
